KATHMANDU: Minister for Foreign Affairs Narayan Prakash Saud is set to depart for New Delhi today to take part in the 9th edition of the Raisina Dialogue.
According to a press statement released by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Minister Saud is slated to deliver a keynote address at the forum on February 23, focusing on the theme, ‘Development Deficit: Towards a Post 2023 Agenda’.
During his visit to Nepal’s southern neighbor, Minister Saud will engage in meetings with high-ranking officials from the Indian government as well as representatives from other participating countries.
The Raisina Dialogue serves as a pivotal multilateral platform, co-hosted by the Observer Research Foundation in collaboration with the Ministry of External Affairs of India.
