Arghakhanchi. A man who was absconding after being murdered in Arghakhanchi has been caught by the police after 20 years.
Chief DSP of District Police Office Arghakhanchi Pratith Singh Rathore said that Keshlal Gharti of Rolpa village, who was absconding after killing 45-year-old Nanda Gharti of Shitganga Municipality 8 Charinge on February 13, 2060, was arrested by the police after 20 years.
District Police Office Police Inspector Bikram Rizal informed that the police team deployed from the area police office Thada while hiding in the outer village of Ward No. 3 of Rolpa’s Sunchahari rural municipality.
The deceased Gharti was killed when no one was present in the house in a secluded place after showing fear and refusing to give money. According to the police, the investigation is being conducted by the Arghakhanchi district court with an extension of time.
